Account

You can purchase tickets with an account. To create an account you have to click on "log in" and then click on "create your account".

Enter your login (e-mail address) and password, these will always give you access to your account later on in order to complete your order, and then enter your personal details.
Confirm and then you have an account.

To log in to your customer account, click on 'Log In' and then enter your email address and password.

In the tab 'My information', you have the possibility to modify your e-mail address, your password and to update your personal information.

In the 'My Newsletter' tab, find all the newsletters for which you are registered. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to each of our newsletters.

Click on 'Log In' at the top of the page and then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your e-mail address and confirm. A new password will be sent to the specified email address.

Order

In the tab 'My orders', you will find all your present and past orders.
By clicking on '>' for each of your orders, you will be able to download your tickets.

The e-tickets are in PDF format.
Make sure you have a compatible program for opening PDFs (Acrobat Reader).

Your tickets will be sent by e-mail after the order has been terminated.
Your tickets are also available in your account: click on "my orders" and download your tickets by clicking on '>'.

 

When receiving the email with your e-tickets, print them. If you have made an account purchase, your e-tickets are also available in your account under the 'My Orders' tab. Download them and print them.

A few moments after approving your order, a confirmation email will be sent and an email with your tickets attached.
If you have purchased your tickets with an account, your tickets will also be available in your account.
